"We were satisfied for the price we paid for our stay. Property was essentially a serviced apartment, however the doors and corridors as well as some parts of our rooms were worn. The room was generally clean and comfortable. We were served by Nick at the front counter and she was very welcoming and thoughtful. "Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze. Property was clean and felt safe. Some things in the apartment looked a little jaded but not significantly so. Everything worked fine. And for a short stop, wonderful that there is a Hard Rock Cafe right in the basement. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of drinks listening to the live band. But the music did not penetrate and affect the rest of the building. So overall, pretty pleased with our stay."

"Location was near the Singapore border. It is right by a mall. Everything I needed (grocery store, restaurants) was around me. Convenient location. Property is big, clean. What would have been made the place nicer..... nicer shower gel and better internet. The internet was intermittent, non existent in some rooms. The staff were quick to respond to questions and helpful. Overall good property and would stay again if in the area. "
