Our slight negatives, our side view balcony room had a solid wall to the balcony so when sat down or on sunbed on balcony there was little view to be had. We got food cooking smells early morning from the kitchen , they were preparing breakfast foods, there was little evening entertainment apart from musicians playing in the evening buffet. Walk into town and seafront easy going down hill but more taxing on the return...

Staff kind, polite and helpful the maids always said Buenos días to me and the staff at the afternoon restaurant treated you with absolute respect whether you ordered a meal, snack or just drinks. "When we arrived we were really impressed with Lobby and pool area - it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in had quite a big Q - not sure why they haven’t introduced on line check in as that would have made the process quicker. Rooms are a little dated but very clean with plenty of storage. No water in the room and we didn’t see any water filling stations - which is disappointing for what we paid. There’s loads of sun loungers and a lovely heated pool - we had to pay a deposit of 40 euro for pool...
