"This was the third time we stayed at the hotel. Friendly and fast check-in. It was a nice surprise to see a welcome-back card with chocolate in the room. "A very cozy hotel, with great sauna and huge room space ( we took the room with sauna). Tram is just outside and can reach city. Enter easily. Breakfast service was good but should have a change in varieties ( the selections were totally the same as previous day). "Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"Great location to be able to walk all over Helsinki and close to public transportation. The water is nice and "sanitation hot" for the dishes, and the laundry machines did a nice job too. There were the unescapable city noises outside and the front of the hotel is very "inner city urban", but the inside is well kept, clean, and one feels safe. A good portion of Helsinki has a sort of Blade Runner vibe to it as it loses it "old European architecture charm" to brutalist and boring boxes...
