"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. "Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."
