"Greatly enjoyed this stay. Big resort up in the hills offering a great view of the city out the windows. The room was big and comfortable. For dinner, we ordered the special set dinner for two which was fantastic with great service. For breakfast, it was a buffet but great nonetheless. The onsens were spacious with multiple pools. The only negative, which was a big one, was the self laundry facilities. The four machines looked modern but they weren’t. Firstly, four machines for a hotel of this size is inadequate. Worse, the dryers didn’t dry. People had their clothes in there for an hour and they were still pretty wet. We ended up having to abandon ship after midnight and went to a local laundromat the next day. They need to upgrade these machines!"

"Everything all in one. Communal Onsen with a view. Room is made up at bed time with futons. Store on site. Food presentation beautiful. Great service. Shuttle service as well timely and safe. "

"Closed to attractions and station"

"The hotel os modern but the bedroom furniture was tired. Room a generous size. Used the roof top onsen indoors and outdoor but the ladies side the glass is opaque so no view. Pjs are outdated and very warm after a hot bath. Great location and loads of parking. Easy walk into town or the station"
