An OK, simple hotel Furniture in the room is way too old and should be replaced. No cafeteria, but several options nearby. Electronic checking at a machine may be a problem; we arrived around midnight and were lucky that a staff member was on site to help us (the machine did not take our Canadian credit cards and the person had to do something at the back office) Overall, the staff was helpful and kind. They gave me an umbrella as I went for a walk and stored luggage.

Great location (2-min walk to the metro Taipower Building); friendly staff. Eco-friendly. Small suggestion: consider to do away with disposable toilery (for example, toothbrush etc.) in the bathroom and include a water dispenser (now availanle on the first floor) on every floor.

The property can be considered approximately as a pricey three star hotel. The beds seem to be clean but the bathroom is not. Small bugs are visible. To check in or out can be troublesome for non-regional visitors. No coffee or breakfast is available in this facility.

Adequate and very well-located for transport
There really isn't anything to complain about for this well-located 旅館. The rooms are a bit tired and while they are clean, they don't feel "deep clean". The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. For slightly more money you can get much more by way of comfort and design in Taipei. There's nothing wrong with this property, but there isn't a "wow". At the time of writing it had a rating of 8.0/10, which feels a little high. With the proximity of transport it's a 7.0 for sure.

Self check in system was not properly functioned, first Expedia reservation number was not available, has to talk to people on phone to get different number, and the credit card machine was unable to work, has to sent another link to my mobile phone to use credit card. The room is small and no window. I will not recommend this hotel to others. The location is convenient, that is the only good thing.

This will be the last time to stay here
We booked this hotel based on the reviews and pictures, but in reality, it was completely different. The service overall was okay, except when we were about to check in; the staff started panicking because 3 or 4 groups were checking in at the same time. When we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was peeling wallpaper and damaged walls. Our initial impression was already negative. Moreover, we discovered further damage under the desk. The most unsatisfying part was finding little fleas or ants all over the desks. The shower door couldn't open or close properly. Overall, it was just a bad experience at this hotel. It was our first time here, and it will also be our last
