we had the best time staying at this hotel, staffs were all very nice and helpful. location was also a plus, easy access to metro stations and surrounding shops and restaurants. definitely will return to this hotel next time we visit Taiwan

We arrived the hotel around 7:30am and our room was ready, but we were asked to pay extra TWD1,500 for early check in, which was a bit odd to me. I’ve travelled a lot all over the world but I’ve never been asked to pay an early check in fee.

Fine, but slightly dated
The location is perfect, the bed is comfy and the shower and soaps provided are great. Unfortunately the spoundproofing and other aspects of the hotel are dated. The room window is a very thin single pane of glass so street noise can be heard. The first night i was woken up at 5am by roadworks outside. The second a drunk guest woke me up at 3am trying to get into my room. I suppose these are beyone the control of the hotel - but still effected my experience.
