This hotel is value for money, especially for a family of 4. Cleanliness is normal. The only thing we do not like is that the room does not have a heating system. It can get pretty cold in winter. Otherwise, this is a good hotel to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was free snack, drinks and tea in the cozy lobby area. They accommodated us early and upgraded our room. The bed was huge and comfortable, shower was hot and good pressure. Amazing location.

Walking distance to Taipei Main station and underground malls. Rooms were good size and a generous bathroom. Building and rooms are a bit aged and need a good refresh. Limited facilities, but overall, good value for money.

Very dirty. I stayed for three days and the room was not cleaned for three days. The sheets and pillows in the room smelled bad and the carpet was stained by cockroaches. I have changed rooms but the situation is the same. I will never choose this hotel again.
