"We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone. There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification. We were left in the typhoon with nowhere to go and struggled to find anything for hours during when the weather got really bad. Love this hotel

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The customer service was truly exceptional—staff were always friendly, greeted guests warmly, and even took the initiative to get the elevator ready for us. The room rates were very affordable, especially considering the outstanding service. The lobby and room design were beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
