"Rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Dropped 1 star as it was very difficult to find information on where, how, what time the airport shuttles were running. An email to the hotel did not yield a response (mind you, the email was sent within 24hours of arriving at the airport). This information was readily available at reception once you got to the hotel though (which doesn’t help when you’re first trying to get there). "

"Great Hotel with may food options lower level. About a 20 minute walk to Victoria Harbour, 5 minutes to Temple/Jade Markets. Walk to transportation. Hotel itself is very busy as is Honk Kong in general. Rooms are small, showing wear/tear. Bring slippers/flipflops as the rooms are carpeted and honestly are dirty/need to be replaced. "

"The friendliest of the staff that service our rooms. They made sure we have enough water (complementary water supplied by the hotel). And they were very discreet in cleaning the bathroom on the days we slept in(I asked them to while my family was still sleeping). Having the hotel next to the shopping centre and the MTR below was very convenient. "
