"I was ecstatic to stay here until I opened the door to the apartment provided. It was infested with roaches. It was on the floor, on the bed on the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I attempted claim a refund but obviously we know how the world works.. although expedia, as a company you have the power to remove a property from your sites.
