"Pros: Excellent location Cons: No hot water in downstairs shower. Upstairs A/C unit was falling apart! Bedding in downstairs bedroom had lots of hair and was unwashed.We bought laundry detergent and washed the bedding ourselves. Garbage under the sink smelled of rotting fruit, was not emptied. We had to throw it out ourselves. Bath towels provided had holes and were worn out. Sofa was sagging and uncomfortable. Sorry but can not recommend this place at all. Needs a deep overall cleaning and...

"Checked in for 10 days and had a noisy neighbor on the floor above mine despite complaining every night that there was dragging of furniture from 11pm, 1am, and early morning. All complaints were docimented. Live roaches were found in kitchen and bathroom despite no food or trash and I never cooked. Very disapponted and dissatisfied. Lack of sleep for 10 nights due to noise. Hope this gets resolved. Thank you."
