"Loved the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area, the staff were polite and the room was in great condition. The room itself is like a small apartment and has a washing machine, mini kitchen, fridge and microwave. If you’re renting a car, beware that you will have to search for a public parking spot near the hotel. My only complaint is that during the second day of my stay, a nasty cigarette smell entered my room through the bathroom ventilation. I told the receptionist about it,...

"The hotel was adorable with an amazing view in Jeju City. However, a deep cleaning is probably needed every once in a while as the washer/dryer combo unit smelled a bit mildew and I didn't want to ruin my clothes. Overall, staff was helpful and the hotel provided many amenities for a long term stay. Recommended for solo female travelers and couples. Unable to attach photos on Hotels.com app."

"Studio apartment style accommodation in quiet cointryside area with view of the sea. Unlike many tourist level hotels we have stayed at in South Korea, this property provided standard sized bath towels which was great. The owners were very nice and attentive but communication in English was still limited. We enjoyed our stay here. "

"The room is spacious for 2 people but too small for 3 people after adding a single bed. There was no space for us to open 2 luggages and we ended up opened our luggages in the balcony. Also, there is no cups and tablewares provided unless you top up the room cost. No bath towels was provided too! Fortunately they provided 2 hand towels per person which is sufficient to dry from head to toe. The good thing about the room is it’s very clean because it’s new"

Overall, a great stay

"We had a problem with the first room because the powder room was not so clean (unsanitary stain on the wall) and one closet door was not working properly. However, the hotel staff was very responsive and accommodating; we got a new room with an upgrade and some nice touches (such as the kids robe and slippers). The city/mountain view from our room was stunning! And the beds were super comfortable. Loved the kids arcade and the pools. Appreciated the 7-11 and ate well at the Japanese restaurant. Oh, and there was fantastic music playing throughout the hotel - 80s and 90s soundtrack for this Gen Xer! We would definitely stay again."

"The Grand Josun Jeju stands out with its unique architecture, featuring an open atrium that serves as the heart of the hotel. I visited during the Christmas season, and the atrium was beautifully decorated with Christmas trees and festive plants, creating a magical atmosphere. Live music performances added to the charm, and each floor offered its own breakout space, providing areas to relax and explore. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and free from any noise disturbances. I especially want to commend the housekeeping staff for their outstanding job in keeping my room spotless every day. Their attention to detail truly made my stay more enjoyable. While the pool isn’t as large as those at some other 5-star hotels in Jeju, it was more than adequate, with warm water that made it perfect for winter use. My only minor complaint would be the corridor leading to my room, which occasionally had an unpleasant smell. This seemed to be related to the ventilation system, as the issue disappeared when it was turned off. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future!"

Amazing Resort in Jeju

"Love everything about this JW Marriott Jeju. From the front desk staff, restaurants, facilities, to our room, everything was well thought out and of 6 Star quality. The staff here were excellent, professional and well trained. They took well care of us from check in to check out. This is not something I normally write reviews about, but the food selection and quality in their restaurants were excellent. Everything was best quality and perfectly done. This is the most beautiful JW Marriott site I have ever seen. We will be back for sure. "
