"Séjour top dans un superbe hôtel et restaurant. Petit déjeuner trop bon avec produits maison et de qualité. Idem pour le restaurant. Par contre la chaleur dans la chambre, hôtel et surtout restaurant ; l'horreur ! environ 25°C. Obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre dans la chambre pour dormir dans de bonnes conditions, restaurant en tee-shirt tellement qu'il fait chaud. Dommage car gros gaspillage d'énergie. Sinon très bien"

"A really beautiful hotel right by the lake. We only stayed one night but we will definetly come back again. The rooms were really nice, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. I was expecting a better breakfast though. It was a bit disappointing. The bacon was overcooked, it was like trying to eat leather. But that did not ruin our stay. I recommend this place to anyone!"

"The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "

"This property is well located. The reception area is very welcoming and cosy. The room is a good size with sufficient room for luggage. We love the breakfast, not elaborate but plenty adequate. We love the staff. Very helpful, always with a smile. Glad we found this place. "

"If we could give 100 stars we would. This chateau, the staff, dining and amenities are all hidden gems in the countryside outside of Annecy. From the time of check in to the check out, everyone was helpful and pleasant. The staff at the restaurant were fantastic and offered great recommendations. If you are questioning whether or not to book; do it and do not hesitate. You will surely regret if you don’t stay and one night is most definitely not long enough. "
