"The owner Jacquline wasn't there to let us in. Nor was there a soul at the building to help us. After trying to reach her for 2 hours ahe said she was out shopping and didn't have her phone with her. After 30 hours of transit and two kids in the car on xmas eve I had to boom somewhere else, And Jacqueline steadfastly refused to refund me. Avoid. "

"The accomodation was pretty ok. The dorm looked well and the beds were nice. However, one guest that is apperently staying longterm, ruined my complete night. Clearly under influence he touched me while I was sleeping. He was very loud in his sleep and caused me nightmares. Apparently he had been staying there for a long time what I think is unacceptable. "Large hotel on the seafront with a lovely view of dolphin pods swimming past as you enjoy a lovely breakfast on the terrace restaurant. The room was good and had a nice view of the sea. The restaurant inside was a bit sluggish. It took ages to eventually get our room. Good location though for the V&A and Cape Point."

EXCELLENT STAY!!!

"This was a great hotel experience. Everything from the front desk reception to the comfort of the bed was wonderful. I love the modern decor of the hotel. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There was no outside noise from the city. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect, but I have only two complaints: 1) the hotel does not provide wash cloths or face towels in the rooms. They only provided bath towels and hand towels. I had to call and request the face towels, but housekeeping brought them immediately. 2) The bath towels were full of lint, which left dust all over the bathroom and lint all over my body. See pictures of the dust in the bathroom."
