"My wife and I specifically chose this hotel because we wanted peacefulness which we sort of got. The staff was very courteous and helpful, but not in all areas. I reported that the reading light and receptacle beside the bed did not function, ( was not repaired after three nights) nor did the refrigerator work, nor did the Mercedes Benz passenger van meant to provide local transportation, (we walked to/and from the train station) advertised in their online QR CODE description. "Rooms where clean and big enough for us.The breakfast was fantastic with loads of options. The pool area itself was fantastic. It's a little bit out of the centre so a car would be advisable, but it's also only a short taxi ride into the centre.Overall we where really happy with everything and had an amazing time. "A pretty good apart hotel with amazing staff and customer service. Clean, reasonably priced and based in a good location. The only thing I can point out is it would’ve been nice to have some bottled water available at hand but I suppose that’s due to the fact that water in Hungary is deemed safe to drink from the tap. "A beautiful hotel within walking distance of anything you want to do. Mins from the metro if that's your thing. Breakfast was incredible and the fact it was included in the room rate is a plus over the chains. The staff couldn't do enough to help and where always so welcoming from your arrival until departure. "The hotel was a very nice relaxing spa hotel. They cleaned everyday and it was all spotless, although they didnt replace tissue when it finished and gave a stingy 2 teabags. Some of the receptionist and people In the breakfadt hall were very friendly whilst thete were 1 or 2 who were not very helpful which was frusyrating. "
