"Quaint room. There for Nyway states weekend so wish knowing that since this was happening they would’ve planned for breakfast to be earlier and being a lot of children that the pool would’ve constantly been being restocked with towels. Also over an hour before checkout we went down briefly for breakfast and to bring a couple bags down and came up to someone already cleaning our room. Hadn’t even checked out yet so were disappointed because we did want to relax a little longer"

"Room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable and close to Syracuse campus. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. We had one small issue, which is why I didn't rate higher -- our room had a large window, but the darkening shade could not be raised (electronic shade and cannot be raised manually) so the room was very dark during the day. "

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The facily is clean and the beds are pretty comfortable! We did have an issue with having no hot water on Saturday morning though which was pretty inconvenient. However the hotel was booked full with wrestlers and families in town for the state championships(also why I was there). I did not complain to staff about this because I tried to just understand the situation, and there was hot water...
