Very tied and run-down property, with poor maintenance. Probably 3 stars at best. Okay if you are realistic in your expectations. Staff were polite and helpful though.

I enjoyed the pool area. I like how there is a hotel with eating area. The staff was good easy access in and out thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will be saving the phone number for future stays.

We did not like there is no phone in the room to contact the front desk or friends in the other rooms! Also, there is no elevator for people have big luggages especially for the seniors which they need help to bring their luggages into the room! Otherwise, when people check in the front desk, the staff should offer us the rooms on the ground floor though!

The food was great value for money and the service was excellent. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and accommodating no matter how big or small. Having a bar and gaming facilities onsite was a nice way to relax. Will definitely revisit The Ramada Hotel and Suites when back in Sydney.
