I needed a place to stay for one night, and I chose an affordable hotel. I was pleasantly surprised: even with late check-in and the front desk being closed, I received a detailed email with instructions on how to access my room. Super convenient! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The service exceeded my expectations for the price! The only downside was the location being a bit far from the city center, but overall, I was very satisfied. Great value for money!

We had to book accommodation due to medical reasons to be nearby a hospital. I chose this property due to the advertised restaurant as we arrived fairly late the night. When we arrived, there was a note stuck that the restaurant was closed for a couple weeks over the holiday season. Why was that not mentioned on the website or the booking confirmation or anything? We had to buy something to eat at a nearby servo , nothing else available.

I live in the Northern Beaches and booked my granddaughter and her son into the Killara Inn to be close to The Royal North Shore Hospital where my great grandson was due to have an eye operation early next morning. Unfortunately when my granddaughter dropped in to pick up her key she was viewed with a great deal of suspician and in a very unfriendly manner by being presented with a form to fill in without adequate explanation...then asked to provide an ID...then when she placed "one adult and child" on the form she was accusingly asked " and who is that person out in the car?"...to which she replied " my grandfather who has driven me here"..having just travelled from Hobart, Tasmania and Mascot for the eye operation this totally unfriendly reception brought my granddaughter to tears. Apart from this experience the room was clean but there was no lift to our room on the first floor but only stairs...for which reason we shall never stay here again.

The property has been renovated so the rooms are lovely, modern & clean. On-site parking was convenient and free. Overall a pleasant place to stay. Only downside was our dinner - our meals were mediocre particularly as the prices were somewhat on the high side (one of our mains was $42).
