We had a terrible experience noisy air conditioning was unable to sleep all night, air conditioner cranking all night and dripping water on the baby cot and carpet, one of them not working at all, cockroach infestation, couch was filled with bricks as a support injured my shoulder and back when laying on the sofa, washrooms were smelly, I am going to report to authorities how can they let this hotel run in such a bad condition. The Airconditioning have never been serviced were full of dust and mould, extremely disappointed. Can someone help me where I can report specially the pest infestations. Someone enter in our room as well at 9am before our checkout time at 10am.

Great stay for the price! The lovely lady in charge of cleaning the units was run off her feet with half her staff not turning up yet she got all the rooms done and cleaned very well! We had no working tv the whole time we stayed and the maintenance person was away so it couldn’t be fixed! Overall it was cheap and convenient for where we needed to be.

Morning staff very friendly, great selection for breakfast even thought it cost more then advertised on Expedia. Pros: aircon worked great; clean bedding Cons: tv did not work in room; could not turn on bathroom light without turning on main lights to bedroom, annoying to use toilet during the night with everyone sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay. The reception staff were so accommodating, kind and friendly as we quickly realised we needed a bigger room with a kitchen sink to be able to wash our babies bottles. Within 2 minutes we were given another room for a small extra nightly fee. They also offered to arrange a cot for us, but we already had our porta cot. The location was great and easily accessible to shops and restaurants (most a short driving distance). The room was very clean, a little bit old but for the price we paid, we cant complain, as it was less than half of the price in the surrounding areas and throughout Sydney. Will definitely be staying there again. Kids were haply as the pool opened at 7am and closed a 9pm so they enjoyed that as well. Thanks Hunts Hotel, see you again soon.

The stay was very good close to where we had to get to. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The three bedroom town house that we booked could with an update and maybe a few air freshens around the place. Overall it was a nice place to stay and good value for a family of 6.

The place stank, was not clean at all. The beds were very heavily stained with large patches of strange fluids . Looked like an homeless shelter though worse…. the bed covers were stained also.

The only downside was that the PowerPoints were not always easily accessible eg I had to move bed out to plug in my cpap machine and there wasn’t a power point above bench for jug. Booked 2 rooms and both were highly perfumed with room freshener, why what smells are they trying to cover up. That is the only complaint, everything nice and clean, nice soft fluffy towels, comfy bed, friendly staff.
