I booked and paid extra for a premium family room . When I checked in the room the condition is so terrible ,The hall way is smell and the Carpet of the bedroom is sting and the bathroom is so old . I spoke to the reception and they down grade my room to normal family room . which is bit more better . But they said . I still have to paid the same price . which is fine . But I stay there till the third night . My wife was terrified . She asked me to have a look there were bed BUGS . I did ask the house keeper to clean the entire room which the house keeper did a great job. When it was Holiday in . My family had stayed here there times a year . My children had great memories with this Hotel . But after this stay . We will never come back to this hotel again . I still have the photos of bed bugs .

In both rooms there was mold, housekeeping was not up to par with other similar hotels I’ve stayed at. The housekeeping offered to let me into a room I was waiting by- this felt extremely unsafe as anyone could’ve gotten into someone room. Lobby smelled horrible. The ac smelled like sewer when turned on. Lots of moist built up and mold in both showers

For a four star hotel, didnt make up the room under the guise of saving environment. Even when they did, on asking, they just made up bed, did not clean anything else and did not fill up tea coffee, etc. Had to ask again and again. We cleaned the cups ourselves. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Basic things are missing even after they charge high for the room.
