"The resort is well situated and beautiful in the countryside. The hotel is separate from the chalets or houses. They do not provide you with towels, bath mats and toiletries. We were not aware of this. The house has two floors but the toilet is on the first floor and the bathroom is on the second floor. "The spa area wasn’t up to scratch - dirty even first thing in the morning with used towels in the changing rooms, no one on duty, no shower gel etc. That was the only downside though - the rest of the hotel was great: lovely room, nice staff, well presented. "

"This is a combination hostel/hotel. We stayed in the hotel part which obviously shares facilities with the hostel. The hotel is great. The rooms are a good size, although need to be rearranged a bit to suit travellers with suitcases rather than backpacks. Nowhere to put luggage. "Liege was our base for Maastricht, Aachen, and Valkenburg. This hotel was conveniently right across from the rail station for easy transportation. The room was spacious and clean. The daytime desk staff seemed a bit indifferent to guests, but the lady who checked us in during the evening was super nice and went to fetch us extra pillows when we asked. We'd stay there again."
