Everyone at the front desk was friendly, especially to my two dogs. Our Standard room was based on the first floor and was nice, especially the shower. Breakfast selection was good for this rate of hotel. Parking was 5 minutes away from the hotel. The location of the hotel is good. Easy to get to the restaurants and city centre, especially the Theatre Royal.

Nice hotel in the center of Liege. The reception is a bar with a kind of industrial look. The rooms are nice and the bed very bid. We enjoyed our short stay and would stay again.

Wonderful facility. Spa was excellent with Great helpful pleasant staff. The hotel receptionist was a touch ... condescending at checking in ... when asked billing questions ... but the rest of the staff more than made up for "her" ... possible personal lack of self esteem and dismissive air.

The staff at this location were very accommodating and patient, and eager to help with anything. I highly recommend the breakfast! The beds were comfortable, but the sheets were rougher than I am used to. The air-conditioning took the edge off some very hot summer days. The hotel wifi dropped out sometimes, but never enough that I was prevent from working. Overall, a great place to stay.

The room was excellent. Spacious and modern. However, there seems to be a problem with checking the rooms: the lightbulb of the bedside table lamp was missing, the TV was not working and the hairdryer was broken. The breakfast was amazing and recommended for the price (I paid 10€)

Sadly disappointing
Stayed in Prague Pentahotel and had the most amazing stay, so thought this would be the same, but unfortunately it wasn't. The hotel is o.k., but far from everything, limited menu and room was small, noisy, terrible view of carpark and staff pretty unresponsive. Won't be staying here again unfortunately.
