"A well presented studio flat very close to the Swinoujscie Train station that goes directly to Germany. I even bought the 22.50€ Mecklenburg Vorpommern train ticket to visit my home in Bansin, the Tax office in Greifswald then get to Szczcein for my flight. This modern apartment had a key safe so that I could get the keys at the property."

"Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."

"Wir haben schon mehrmals diese Unterkunft gebucht und mehrfach dort im Büro bescheid gegeben, dass so einiges defekt ist, wie zb. Terrassen Stühle, Kühlschrank Tür usw. Leider ist dieses immer noch nicht repariert oder ausgewechselt. Da der Preis stetig steigt, finden wir es sehr schade ,dass darauf nicht reagiert wird."

"Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption war die Dame sehr freundlich (das war auch die einzige am gesamten Aufenthalt). Das Zimmer hat gestunken (die Abflüsse). Auf den ersten Blick sah es sauber aus, aber z.B. unter der Couch war es mehr als dreckig. Dafür das man knapp 65€ für die Reinigung zahlen muss. Ist es mehr als ärgerlich! "Aufgrund eines "technischen Problems" mussten wir das Appartement wechseln. Einen Tag vor Urlaubsbeginn. Der Zustand des "neuen" Avangard Ressort Apartments war sehr abgewohnt und der Zustand der Möbel alt. Obwohl der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer defekt war und man dies bemängelt hatte, wurde während der gesamten Urlaubszeit der Mangel nicht behoben. Schade. Des Weiteren war die Schiebetür der Dusche defekt. Abfluss verstopft etc. Katastrophe. Nie wieder …"

"Ausstattung: es war alles da. Selbst eine Waschmaschine im Bad für einen längeren Aufenthalt kann man seine Wäsche waschen. In der Küchenzeile waren alle Utensilien, die man brauchte für eine Selbstversorgung. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war leider viel zu tief und durchgelegen. Als älterer Gast kam man morgens kaum aus dem Bett. Die Gardinen fielen beim Auf- und Zuziehen herunter. Trotzdem sind wir zufrieden mit der Wohnung gewesen und verlebten schöne Tage in Swinemünde. "

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...
