"This was an average hotel at best. The room was quite small and the bed was hard as per Asian standards. There is not much in the area and we had a hard time finding anything to eat after our arrival in the early evening. 7-11 was about the only thing open. There was supposed to be a Tesco nearby but we could not locate it. Breakfast was not great."

"If you're coming from anywhere as a traveller that is train bus or air... It's too far away 16km which adds another 400 baht to trip. Internet is really bad if you need it. Staff were helpful. Almost no eating facility within a mile. Tbh Sura Thani is strange. Police were helpful finding me reasonable ride to the hotel. But very few actual eating places around unless you like your pork beef chicken etc."

"Our stay was comfortable. We had a plane to catch in the morning so we needed a place to stay. This place seem to be accommodating for three persons. The check-in process was fast and easy. We were walked to our room and shown how everything worked.
