"I had a pleasant stay.I was at the hotel for 10 days. The club room was very nice. The staff were always ready to assist and very helpful The only feedback I have is that they can improve more on maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness. I highly recommend the food at the ground floor restaurant. Excellent food"

"There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff. The hotel need major upgrade and someone from top needs to take responsibility to fix things . Will not recommend anyone to stay "

"The room was very smalland had a fault smell. The staff is not English speaking. I booked in the very last moment and there were just few options but normally I would not choose this hotel. The location is good- near from the railway station but the price is too high for this comfort level."
