"Our room was facing the Sindhubhavan Road so we had good view. Other side doesn’t have good view. Overall very good experience except the Spa. Spa floor was very oily and slippery. She used lots of oil for messaging and didn’t wipe excess oil down after the message. I had tough time washing it off. "

"Beautiful, week-maintained property. It was very clean and the staff was very courteous. The valet parking was an issue as the early morning staff had no idea where our car was nor did they make any effort in informing us of their delimma (probably out of embarressment). Since we had to be at our appointment at 6 a.m., we finally asked what the issue was and took the car key to find our car ourselves."

"Stayed for a two night staycation. Flawless check-in process. The wheelchair I’d requested for my Mother was not only ready but one of the staff wheeled her to the lobby when we arrived. Vatsal at check-in was efficient and friendly, answering all my questions. The room was in good, sanitary condition. Walls should be thicker. I could hear the next room. The balcony was nice, with real shrubbery and an artificial turf lawn. Smoking is allowed in balconies. Inside our room I could smell...
