The staff are super friendly and always there to help whenever need be. Unfortunately I didn’t like Nagoya so that was a slight let down but I will definitely try out there other locations "

"Excellent location just a short walk from Nagoya Station and plenty of dining and shopping. Although I am a big fan of 9 hours Capsules sadly this location was a bit too cramped and not as well maintained as other locations. Staff was friendly and helpful however the lounge area on the ground floor isn’t great after the coffee station is closed and the rooftop area is too small and crowded in the evenings. Again, location is really good but not sure I would stay again."
