Loved this accommodation. Close to everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach, restaurant and cafes. Unit had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable. Kate made checking in easy and friendly. Highly recommend here and will most definitely return.

Very comfortable property a short walk from everything. Had everything we needed, including helpful friendly staff at reception. Wish we had more time! Would definitely recommend, and hope to return on another trip.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessities, clean and is 5-10 minutes walking distance from the shops and the beach. There is a lift for all floors and has a secured underground parking area. The only negative thing is that the bed mattress is too soft and uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Excellsior. Our apartment was new and immaculate, and an easy to walk to the beach or dining options (but a little out of the way of the tourist madness!) A special thanks to the management who patiently assisted us each time we communicated.

We had a 14 night stay at a one bedroom apartment at Excellsior on the 2nd floor. It had a nice river outlook but no sun came into the apartment. The unit was a little dated. The two seater sofa in the lounge area was in excellent condition however was very uncomfortable. The outdoor chairs from the balcony were more comfortable to sit on. We missed having a small dining table however there was a breakfast bar. The bed was very comfortable. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Wharf and the Esplanade. Kate and Kirsten who run the accommodation were excellent to deal with.
