Everything you need for a basic stay is here. Clean rooms and great shared kitchen. 10 minute walk to Coolum shops and pub. Lovely little shopping centre. Across road from beach. Our room was upstairs. Would recommend

Just like the name says.. budget! The room i had was cold and very tiny. It was noisy and the staff member i encountered was rude and obnoxious!! I would not recommend this place to stay no matter how cheap they advertise it for. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.

The property could do with a refresh, but it is good value for money. You'd probably pay less for a room here than for a campsite at the caravan park down the road. The building is as clean as it can be, the room was basic but clean, and it had Foxtel! The manager was very helpful, and the location convenient. I had a very pleasant stay.

More like a Backpackers than a motel. No housekeeping so towels are not changed, bins are not emptied, tea, coffee and shower gel not replenished and beds not made. Rooms are small and there are insufficient parking spaces. Property is well mantained and staff are pleasant.
