Although Medan itself has little to offer tourists, the hotel is in a good position for shopping - there is a Starbucks opposite and a short walk from a minimart."

"Staff was nice but not many of them. Hotel was worn down, not maintained. Aircon didn’t work well. Nothing in the room. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t go again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom- I realize this can’t be totally controlled but with everything else it didn’t help. Food was ok from kitchen. Overall disappointed for the price I paid. Rooftop pool was nice. But no service there- no towels…etc. kind of abandoned. Worth about 60-70/night "
