"It was very disappointing to find that the parks Thermal hot pools are no longer available and haven’t been for the past 4 years. This is still being promoted on their own website, even though when I questioned this I was told they had taken it off. Not acceptable."

"We had a wonderful time at this holiday park. The motel style room had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchenette. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in giving us tips on where to visit in Rotorua. The swimming pool was also nicely heated! All the dinosaurs around the park gave it a fun appearance!"

"I recently had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The facilities are new and well-maintained, offering convenient access to a supermarket and various takeaways, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, it would have been great to have some extra tissue paper available, as it was almost running out. Additionally, I noticed that some of the kitchen appliances, such as the kettle, were not cleaned properly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and highly recommended!"
