"This hotel was the best! The room had everything we needed to have meals outside of a restaurant, along with a full fridge and freezer. There were two loft beds over two beds on the ground, which was ideal for the two kids to sleep up and out of the way. The staff was friendly and helpful. We never wanted for anything. 10/10. Would definitely stay there again."

"The property is in great location in Gion which is walkable to a lot of tourist attractions. It’s not too far (15-20 min walk) from the Nishiki market. There is a bus stop around the corner from the hotel and the closest train station is about a 12 minute walk. The hotel itself was clean and having a sauna in the room was very nice. There is free laundry machines by the lobby, however plan accordingly because the dryer takes 3-4 hours to dry a load. Overall, we had a great stay and I would stay...

"We had a great stay. The property is clean and rooms are spacious, staffs were welcoming. We had a 2br with 2 baths, which is fantastic for our family of 4. Short walk to subway, convenient store right around the corner. They also offer expresso in the morning and beer tasting at happy hour, we loved it so much and would definitely go back if we visit Japan again. Highly recommended! "

"Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at thus far. The location is so convenient; about 5 minutes walking from the Kyoto Station, there’s so many food and shopping options within walking distance. The hotel itself was quite large and spacious compared to most Japanese hotels. The room and bathroom were kept very clean. The breakfast (sold separately) had Japanese style and western style options and the quality was amazing; I looked forward to the breakfast each day during my stay. There is a luggage storage area in the lobby with locks and lock boxes for safekeeping if arriving before check in times or to hold after checking out. The staff was so welcoming and helpful and made my stay that much more comfortable. If I ever return to visit Kyoto again I would most definitely stay here."

"We had an excellent stay for 5 nights at this. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better! Steps away from Dotonburi and very close to the Nipponbashi station. Our room was clean with enough space for our belongings. We would definitely stay again! "
