They never left the correct amount of towels per person, however they were quick to get them there when asked. The beach was better than I expected for Key West. We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday and had a great time. "

There are rooms of all sizes across the facility. We have stayed in three different rooms types across our stays, and have enjoyed them all. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. "We loved staying at the ibis bay. It’s a small and comfortable resort. But has all of the conveniences you could want. The stoned crab is a great place to grab a bite, the shuttle too and from the tourist spots is so convenient, and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be rebooking for our next stay. "
