I just can’t bear to see exotic fish living in such small bare empty tanks - no plants, no rocks, just emptiness and bright Lights 24/7 thats not how they live in real life. I would prefer to see an incredible statue of picture than the fish in such awful desolate lonely conditions. "

"Always love staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya. Located in the nice neighborhood of Tunjungan street, it is very convenient to walk around. All the staffs are friendly, from the security greeting you at the gate at the lobby. Room ais lways nice with the best smell amenities that they have. Breakfast is amazing, with local delicacies and authentic flavours. One minus experience is just the TV signal is not really good, so it oftens lose signal in mid-streaming for 1-2 minutes and you can't...

"An excellent place, everything was shaping up fine - except the receptionist asked to keep my passport overnight, and when I left early to catch a train, there was a different receptionist, no note had been left on my packaged breakfast, remembered too late for a return trip to the hotel, missed my train - it cost me well over a million to get to Bandung that day ...shame really. "After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."

"The JW never disappoints. From the pick up to the drop off we were impressed. The check in was easy and the employees could not have been more helpful. The room was huge. We had a fabulous dinner at Uppercut which is deserving of all its awards. Fabulous all the way around. "
