"The pool doesn’t have jets or a circulation filter and is full of insects. The nightclub is behind the resort on top the hill and you hear loud music at night. The walls are paper thin and you hear other guests and workers banging on metal. "

"Great service from the owner who did all he could to make our stay comfortable. T he room was great for a couple but not a family. The roll out bed was a mattress on the floor beside the bed. Shower wasn’t great (too close to the toilet) but worked well. "

"So this is a great location, with decent restaurant and breakfast. Friendly staff, but sometimes service is slow. The room price can vary quite a bit as they can get busy. As with a lot of places I stay there are usually a lot of little things that could be improved. Water pressure in some rooms is poor, restaurant and menu is ok but not great. "This hotel is quite large. It is set in a quiet area with really no where to go. The beach is nice and walkable. I think for Thailand the meal and drink prices are high. We only drank during happy hour in the lounge but there are several options at different bars throughout the property. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. "Overall this was a lovely stay. The rooms are clean and modern. Beachside spa services were excellent although a bit pricey. The beach is lovely here however isn’t cleaned up daily. We were charged for breaking a glass in the room. The pools were plentiful (hot tub, small cool pool, two large pools, and a kid friendly pool). Food onsite was very good and service of the whole staff was so friendly!"

Great little resort

"I have stayed at the resort the year before and enjoyed the hotel. We like the cottages because they are close to the beach. The music can be load especially when the fire show is on. We can usually sleep thru anything but it could be an issue for people looking for a quiet room. The music shuts off at 11 to 11:30 at night. The food was ok not spectacular. There are alot of good restaurants along the beach. The beach is a very nice white sand and the swimming was great. The entertainment was good. North american music mostly and they did have a great saxophone player that played throughout the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close walk to the small town where other services and bike rentals are. If you want a quieter afternoon you can rent a bike and tour other beaches on the island They have been doing modernization and upkeep on the hotel. We would stay again "
