"The apartment was clean and practical with everything we needed. Only two minor points: the pillows are low quality and very thin, and the main ceiling light in our room didn't work, even after I asked reception to check it and replace the light bulb if necessary. But overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and very convenient for the tram into town, supermarkets etc."

"For the price I paid, sharing with a friend, it was a really comfortable, safe stay. We were staying in one of the private single bed rooms - beds were comfortable and clean, room was well decorated (loved the graffiti mural on the wall), and the bathroom was well suited. "The hotel is close to the train station, which is convenient. Everyone at the hotel desk was helpful, cheerful, and competent. They made check-in and check-out easy and fun. I was thinking this would not be such a great place but it turned out to be one of favorite hotels on this trip because it was so close to the train station, very clean, and quiet and the staff was kind."
