Substance restaurant was a highlight every meal from breakfast to dinner was amazing! fresh and full of flavour. Parking was not bad as I had previously seen on other reviews. It was very easy to park next door and get your car validated for the lesser rate. Overall fabulous find loved our experience."

"I was disappointed that I wasn't advised of the $200 bond that was taken from me and will take 7 days from checkout to lob back into my account. I was also disappointed that I phoned down to let them know that my air-conditioner wasn't working on a 41° day and still after an hour no one had been up to have a look or fix it. I then had to go down to reception and remind them that no one has still been to my room to look at the air-conditioner turns out it just needed new batteries, not that hard"
