"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. "Finally a hotel with a FULL shower: a glass door that completely closes on all sides. Incredible! The location is ideal, parking was free, breakfast selection was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "Hotel is very charming and fantastic location. The room was extremely warm and the AC/hearing unit was difficult to use. Shower wasn’t great and the hairdryer cut out every 20 seconds and wouldn’t start again for another 5 mins. However none of this was a big deal and I would definitely recommend and stay again! "
