"The staff at this hotel were brilliant and very welcoming. The room was exactly as advertised and the whirlpool was a great novelty for the children. The only negative was breakfast; it was very expensive and had a poor selcction - especially for children. It’s also worth noting that the pool is not available to under 16s. "

"Hotel is in a great location for the christmas market, restaurants and attractions, however the property itself is outdated. The room had the bare minimum of amenities, however there were stains on the floor and rust forming around the shower. Staff were very friendly and offered to watch my bags in the lobby (however they weren't in a secured room, so if you have valuables make sure they store it elsewhere)"
