"Room was great. It was warm, spacious and very clean. Bathroom was the same. The tea and coffee making facility was well stocked and there was even an iron and ironing board available on the landing. One down side was that there wasn’t always staff on hand at reception to answer any queries or resolve issues quickly."

"Had a lovely stay here and it enabled us to visit family in County Durham who we’ve not seen for a long while great that it is dog friendly too and it has enabled us to take our lovely Bonnie (boarder collie) y try o meet all the family too. Lovely views out the windows, however could really do with some blinds in bathroom and conservatory windows to help with privacy, but other than this minor issue that could be easily sorted we had a wonderful stay here. "
