I did not receive any communication from the hotel before my stay. Upon arrival, a sign said I could access my room key from a lockbox with a code I had not been emailed, leaving me locked out for the night. Nobody answered the phone number posted at the front desk. After an hour of calling and talking to Expedia support, I was emailed the code.
The floors were very creaky, making me worried of disturbing other guests at night by walking around the room. There is an in-room kitchenette featured in photos but none of the accessories (toaster, coffee machine, hot plate, kettle) are plugged in and there was a single outlet on the floor baseboard, meaning you'd have to cook on the floor. The kitchenette felt like it was purely for website photos, not actual use.
In the morning, I tried to visit the complimentary breakfast but was told it was for other guests, not Expedia guests.
