"We got in very late and had to use flashlights to find our way around the property. It was a lot of back-and-forth, but we found our way. The room was nice and big and quiet, but the bathroom was tiny. Luckily, we are both smaller people. "No check in data at 18.00! Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. Funny experience."

"Super god beliggenhed både i forhold til banegård, butikker, spisesteder og skov! Stort set ingen støj fra gaden, men lejligheden var meget lyt, så øvrige beboere kunne høres tydeligt. Desværre var der ikke ro mellem kl. 22-06 i alle lejligheder. Rent og pænt, fungerede rigtigt fint med nøgle app. Tusind tak for velkomst gave!"

"In einem Hinterhof gelegen. Eigentlich ein früheres Büro. Schmutzig. Doppelseitige Glastür als Eingang im Treppenhaus. Angaben, welche Expedia auf den Expedia-Seiten veröffentlicht sind schlichtweg falsch. Trotzdem sieht sich Expedia in keiner Verantwortung. Dies obwohl Expedia Bilder vorliegen, welche die vorgenannten Punkte belegen. Mein Punkt: kein Vertrauen in Expedua H-W Heinz "

"Stunning hotel with an amazing location. Only slight downside is the small interaction we had with the hotel staff was blunt and bordering on rude. The spa was also closed but this was not communicated at check in. May seem harsh on the review, as the stay otherwise was fantastic.
