"Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Located within 10 mins tram ride (tram is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel) of the city centre. Hotel offers at a cost an underground car park which is handy as street parking is difficult."

"The apartment was clean and practical with everything we needed. Only two minor points: the pillows are low quality and very thin, and the main ceiling light in our room didn't work, even after I asked reception to check it and replace the light bulb if necessary. But overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and very convenient for the tram into town, supermarkets etc."

"Very nice hotel with a great sauna that wasn’t super busy, restaurant had delicious food with a nice views, private beach on the lake was really enjoyable and even though our room was 300m up a very steep hill (and we had no car) the views were well worth it. Only downside was there was no spa treatments or massages available as the person was on leave. This town is definitely a place where you want to indulge in such activities, especially in peak August season. Would recommend staying here....

"Lovely hotel with a family feeling and ideal for hiking lovers!!! This place is ideal for a phone, social media rehab as the surroundings are mesmerising . Quiet town where you can get really bored but very pleased in the same time. Staff very attentive and helpful when needed."

"Decent sized room (panoramic king) able to open 2 big luggages. Great location, across from main train stn, and short walk to old town. Newer hotel facilities, but need to request for amenities such as room slippers. Supermarket, pharmacy, food all within reach, enjoyed my stay."

"What a wonderful stay. The hotel is conviniently located about 3 to 5 minutes walk from the main train station but far away enough that its quiet. Is it very near the altstadt, another 5 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent. The room is very clean and cozy and the bed was most comfortable. Honestly if I do come to freiburg again, I'd definitely stay with post hotel freiburg once more. "
