"The amenities are really good however the functionality of the room was sub par. We transferred to another room which was ok. The hassle of transferring was a bit much after they couldn’t fix a problem they knew existed prior to the stay. Staff was lovely and food was great."

"Point Pleasant is secluded on the end of the island. Staff are so friendly and aim to need all your needs. Room was very clean. No cleaning service during stay unless asked. The view is so peaceful. Definitive coming again. "

No real waitstaff to support purchasing meals and drinks during the day, took way too long for staff. Massive fail charging us what they charged us when the amenities where less than ideal . Will not stay and pay here again."
