"The hotel room was very clean, but the tub grouting had mold on it and also the grout around the base of the toilet. No ice cubes and no trash basket in the bedroom area. The towels are very substandard. The front desk was very friendly, very helpful. Not having the elevators available was difficult because I was on the third floor.There was no sugar or creamer with the coffee in the room. But again, the friendly front desk and the cleanliness of the overall room was very good. "
