"We Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment between Christmas/New Year which was very spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The price was very reasonable. The neighbouring properties played loud music till very late every night which is not the fault of the Hotel. Windows had no screens and let a lot of bugs into the room when opened. The location was perfect for our needs, clos to restaurants/cafes supermarkets and the tram line towards the city which is easy to navigate. The staff were...

"Great as everything is there and close to cafes, eateries along with walking distance to Luna park and Palais theatre and the like. I did have to use my earplugs that were provided. "

"The man who checked us in was amazing and then the rest of the staff after that were not very helpful. The manager was quite rude. We were staying in Melbourne for a national swim meet and my son has special dietary needs, I struggled to be able to cook him a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. The person on the last day of our stay refused, we felt like an inconvenience even though the place was almost empty. The rooms were awesome but the rest was a let down."
