"The man who checked us in was amazing and then the rest of the staff after that were not very helpful. The manager was quite rude. We were staying in Melbourne for a national swim meet and my son has special dietary needs, I struggled to be able to cook him a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. The person on the last day of our stay refused, we felt like an inconvenience even though the place was almost empty. The rooms were awesome but the rest was a let down."

Last time we stayed there few years ago was great it was on the inside this time we had to walk outside to get to the room it just wasn’t as comfy could hardly get in and out of shower. Pillows were just ok. But it was good location and easy to get to and from the tram. "
