"I was taken with the coolness factor of staying in a former factory, but underestimated the inconvenience of having no lobby, nowhere to sit while waiting for room, etc. No early check-in, no late check-out. The room was nice looking but freezing (probably the downside of the brick building. All in all I wish I’d stayed at a more standard hotel. "

"I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect. "We stay here one to two times a year while visiting family in the area. It is normally clean and quiet and we are not disappointed. Our only complaint this time was that the 3rd floor corridor smelled like "pot." We mentioned this to the front desk staff as we checked out. If guests are going to ignore the no-smoking policy, there is not a lot the proprietor can do unless they are made aware of the problem. "So the property itself was very nice, but when I looked at my credit card charges, I never realized they charged 65 dollars for my dog. When I called about this they were apologetic, but said it was on Expedias site under amenities, when I went back to look at it, it is there but not very noticeable and in the hurry of booking a last minute room I did not see it even though i looked for it. "Absolutely amazing experience!!! They let us check-in when our flight landed at 6am in the morning. All the appliances in the room were new and in working condition!!! It was close to the airport and they had a shuttle service available for pick-up and drop-up to the airport. Breakfast was fresh and served hot with plenty of items. "
