"Room 104. Check-in smooth and friendly. Bed very comfortable - maybe some people would find it quite firm.. The pillows were very full. Room was not especially large but was quiet and felt calm. The climate control only had options for 19 degrees or 20 degrees. We found the room a little warm overnight. The floor to ceiling windows let in an impressive amount of light. "Receiving numerous emails in advance of booking regarding extra costs around parking, spa, breakfast and deposit was disconcerting. However the hotel was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only issue I had with the room 252 was noisy extractor and the shower screen being broken, so the floor got wet and I had to use the spa slippers. In all a lovely stay and would book again. "
